Tribute song for MAD PRIDE SEOUL

In 2019, the only mentally diverse people portrayed in Korean media were criminals.
However on Oct.26 th, 2019, the representatives of mental diversity proudly stood at Gwangwhamun Square.
ANTICA is the first East Asian organization to hold MAD PRIDE.
We are proud of our madness, and our identities as mentally divergent people.
MAD PRIDE is a festival that raises awareness of mental illness in Korea.
Many people with mental illnesses came out to the square.
Many people who wanted to volunteer contacted us.
Many media outlets had a lot of interest and covered the event.
The way that mainstream media portrayed mentally ill people began to change.

How was the second MAD PRIDE?
In 2020, the second MAD PRIDE was held.
Unfortunately, due to Covid19, a large event could not be held.
Only a small number of people(gatherings were restricted at the time) could do the BED PUSH parade.
The media showed very little interest, and we only had a few supporters at our online festival.

After a difficult time, on Oct10,2021, we overcame the barriers and met many people at our online and offline event.
We are still here, waiting on the square.
Everyone is welcome to join us.
